2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Therapy sessions can be booked through the contact form, email, or by phone.
Cancellations must be made at least 2days/ 48 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to do so may result in the full session fee being charged.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions in case of emergencies, illness, or other unavoidable circumstances.

3. Fees and Payment

All session fees will be communicated prior to booking following your Consultation Call.
Payments can be made via bank transfer only. Invoices may be issued upon request.
If payment is not received prior to the appointment, the session will be cancelled and I will email you to confirm this.
Fees may be reviewed periodically. You will be notified in advance of any changes.

4. Confidentiality

All therapy sessions are confidential in accordance with the standards of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Confidentiality may be broken only in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Risk of harm to yourself or others
- Disclosure of serious criminal activity
- Legal obligation to share information (e.g. court order)

5. Data Protection

Catching Patterns is committed to protecting your personal information. Our data processing practices are in line with GDPR and further outlined in our Privacy Policy.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at CatchingPatternsCBT@hotmail.com.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or free from viruses or errors.
